Arranged as neighborhoods, our skilled nursing areas offer a wide range of care programs and services for those in need of long-term care. Expert registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, certified nursing assistants, and social workers partner with residents, their families, and their doctors to provide personalized care plans. Southmont also provides short-term rehabilitation that can include physical, occupational, and/or speech therapies.

Our CNAsassist residents with activities of daily living; such as bathing, toileting, grooming, dressing, assisting with meals, and monitoring residents’ vital signs. Kindness, reliability, and empathy are essential!
