Description

City: Huntingdon

Shift: Overnights; 10PM - 6AM

As a Home Health Aide, you will be called to care when you're needed most. As part of Interim HealthCare, you'll support a full range of patient services to bring comfort and dignity to our clients.

Responsibilities

• Providing direct patient care and assistance as per the care plan
• Measuring and recording vital signs and other measurements
• Assisting with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, hygiene, skin care)
• Recognizing and reporting changes in patient condition

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year verifiable healthcare experience
• Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA or STNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) certification preferred
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions and document patient notes
• Valid Driver's License and Auto Insurance
