• We are hiring dedicated, compassionate Nurse Aides, CNAs, and Caregivers to provide resident-focused, quality care for elder Franciscan sisters.
• Full-time Nurse Aide/CNA position on afternoons (32 hours, every other weekend) in a convent home environment in Enfield, CT.
• 1:45 pm - 10:15 pm

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to elder Franciscan sisters, including assistance with hygiene, dressing, dining, transportation, and restorative care. Document care and communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff. Collaborate with nursing staff to meet residents' ongoing needs.
• Support the religious life of sisters by contributing to a warm, caring environment. Engage in meaningful interactions daily, fostering teamwork across departments for sister satisfaction and a thriving community.

Education And Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Current or lapsed CNA certification is a plus but not required.
• Experience in long-term or home care is preferred but not mandatory.
