Job summary

Care Initiatives is hiring a Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) to support residents across our Iowa communities. The role offers Full-Time & Part-Time Evening schedules, with a competitive hourly rate and shift differential to reward evening work and dedication to resident care.

You will assist with daily living activities, provide companionship, monitor health, and engage residents in therapeutic activities while adhering to infection control protocols.

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification in Iowa or ability to activate certification.
• Strong commitment to resident care, professionalism, and teamwork.
• Compassionate, patient, and respectful demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Support daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, eating).
• Provide emotional support and companionship.
• Interact with residents, families, and healthcare team.
• Provide health monitoring including routine vital checks.
• Encourage and facilitate resident recreational and therapeutic activities.
• Adhere to infection control protocols to maintain a safe environment.

What You'll Do & Key Responsibilities:

• Support daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating.
