Job summary

WeCare Centers at Avalon Care Center is looking for compassionate CNAs to assist residents with daily activities and deliver high-quality care in a supportive team setting.

Qualified candidates hold a PA CNA certification and will report to the supervising nurse, helping maintain hygiene, nutrition, and comfort for residents while documenting observations and ensuring safety.

Qualifications

• Must hold valid PA CNA certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care and assist with daily activities as directed by the supervising nurse.
• Observe and report health issues and changes in resident condition to the supervising nurse.
• Maintain residents' personal hygiene and comfort, assist with feeding and mobility, and ensure a clean, safe environment.

Job Duties

• Resident observation.
• Reporting any health issues to the supervising nurse.
• Maintaining resident’s personal hygiene, including but not limited to bed bath, shaving, ect.
• Feeding of residents and documenting intake.
• Making resident beds and ensuring resident space is clean and tidy.
• Transporting residents within the facility.
• Turning bedridden residents.
• Provide a caring and compassionate atmosphere for residents and family members.
• Assist with providing clinical care as directed.

Qualifications

• Valid CNA Certification in the state of PA
