Creative Solutions in Healthcare in Woodville, TX is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide compassionate daily care to residents. This full-time role requires reliability, strong attendance, multitasking, and a cooperative spirit to support the care team in delivering high-quality service.

You will assist with grooming, bathing, mobility, and vitals, maintain clean resident environments, document information accurately, and engage residents with ROM activities.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current Texas Certified Nursing Assistant certification.
• Ability to accurately record vitals, weights, intake/output, and care activities.
• Strong communication, patience, and compassionate care for the elderly.

Responsibilities

• Provide Personal Care: assist with grooming, bathing, catheter care, peri-care, and dressing.
• Maintain Resident Environment: change linens and stock supplies.
• Support Mobility: safely ambulate and transfer residents.
• Record Vital Information: document vitals, weights, intake/output, and meal consumption.
• Assist with Positioning: turn and reposition residents.
• Encourage Engagement: lead range of motion exercises and reality orientation as directed.

• Assist with Positioning: Turn and reposition residents routinely for comfort and safety
• Encourage Engagement: Lead range of motion exercises and provide reality orientation as directed
