Creative Solutions in Healthcare, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team in providing compassionate care to residents.

This role emphasizes reliable attendance, multitasking, and a professional, cooperative demeanor to support daily resident needs and work closely with the care team. You will assist with personal care, mobility, safety, and documentation, while following care policy guidelines and the Patient Rights framework.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Texas CNA certification.
• Ability to accurately record vitals, weights, intake/output, and meals.
• Strong communication and patient-care skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide Personal Care: assist with grooming, bathing, catheter care, pericare, and dressing following care policy guidelines.
• Maintain Resident Environment: change linens and ensure grooming supplies are stocked.
• Support Mobility: safely ambulate and transfer residents using assistive devices and proper body mechanics.
• Record Vital Information: accurately document vitals, weights, intake/output, and meal consumption.
• Assist with Positioning: turn and reposition residents routinely for comfort and safety.
• Encourage Engagement: lead range of motion exercises and provide reality orientation as directed.
