Responsibilities

• Provide Personal Care: assist with grooming, bathing, catheter care, pericare, and dressing per policy.

• Support Mobility: safely ambulate and transfer residents with proper body mechanics.
• Record Vital Information: document vitals, weights, intake/output, and meals.
• Assist with Positioning: turn and reposition residents for comfort and safety.
• Encourage Engagement: lead ROM exercises and provide reality orientation as directed.

You’ll play a key role in supporting our residents with daily care while working closely with the care team to provide high-quality service.

Your Impact as a Certified Nursing Assistant
