Qualifications

• Hold a current Texas CNA certification.
• Record vitals, weights, intake/output and meal intake accurately.
• Communicate well and demonstrate patience and professionalism.
• Genuinely care for the elderly and individuals with disabilities.
• Follow Patient Bill of Rights and safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Provide Personal Care: grooming, bathing, catheter care, pericare, and dressing.
• Maintain Resident Environment: change linens and stock supplies.
• Support Mobility: safely ambulate and transfer using assistive devices.
• Record Vital Information: document vitals, weights, intake/output, and meal consumption.
• Assist with Positioning: turn and reposition residents for comfort and safety.
• Encourage Engagement: lead range of motion exercises and provide reality orientation as directed.
