Ballinger Healthcare and Rehabilitation is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our dedicated team in Ballinger, Texas. You will provide daily care and support to residents, work closely with the care team, and help maintain a safe, respectful environment for all residents and their families.

Your responsibilities include assisting with grooming, bathing, mobility, recording vitals, and encouraging engagement through range-of-motion activities and social interaction.

Qualifications

• Holds a current Texas Nursing Assistant Certification.
• Accurately records information and performs technical procedures.
• Communicates well with patience and self-discipline.
• Cares for elderly and disabled individuals.
• Follows safety policies and Patient Bill of Rights.

Responsibilities

• Provide Personal Care: assist with grooming, bathing, pericare, and dressing.
• Maintain Resident Environment: change linens and stock supplies.
• Support Mobility: safely ambulate and transfer residents with devices.
• Record Vital Information: document vitals, weights, intake/output, meals.
• Assist with Positioning: turn/reposition residents for comfort and safety.
• Encourage Engagement: lead ROM exercises and promote participation.

We’re seeking a reliable and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team! This role requires strong attendance, multitasking skills, and a professional, cooperative demeanor. You’ll play a key role in supporting our residents with daily care while working closely with the care team to provide high-quality service.

Your Impact as a Certified Nursing Assistant

In this role, you will:

• Provide Personal Care: Assist with grooming, bathing, catheter care, pericare, and dressing, following care policy guidelines

• Maintain Resident Environment: Change linens and ensure grooming supplies are stocked

• Support Mobility: Safely ambulate and transfer residents using assistive devices and proper body mechanics

• Record Vital Information: Accurately document vitals, weights, intake/output, and meal consumption

• Assist with Positioning: Turn and reposition residents routinely for comfort and safety

• Encourage Engagement: Lead range of motion exercises and provide reality orientation as directed
