Job summary

Magnolia Post Acute in Colonial Heights, VA is hiring Certified Nurse Aides (CNAs) to join our long-term care team.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401K, PTO and sick time, and daily pay. Shift options include 7:00a-3:00p, 3:00p-11:00p, and 11:00p-7:00a, with differential pay available and a supportive work environment.

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification is required.
• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience is preferred but not required.
• New CNAs are welcome – training and orientation provided.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Provide compassionate, hands-on care.
• Support nursing staff and care teams.
• Maintain resident dignity, comfort, and safety.
