Job summary

LifeStyle Options is actively hiring CNAs to provide in-home private duty care and short visits in independent retirement communities. You will work one-on-one with clients in their homes or in community settings, performing daily tasks and maintaining client wellbeing.

Starting at $17/hour with holiday premium pay, the role includes solid support from a 24/7 manager, and an ongoing training program. This position offers a flexible schedule and meaningful career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Pass a criminal background check.
• In good standing with the IDPH Worker Registry (NEW GRADS WELCOME).
• Must provide 2 references (1 professional, 1 personal).
• Demonstrates a warm heart and gentle touch.
• Reliable, energetic, self-motivated and well-organized.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and engage in activities with clients.
• Assist with personal care and medication reminders.
• Perform basic house cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation assistance.
• Escort client to appointments and errands as needed.

What Your Responsibilities Look Like

Eligible employees and their dependents will be offered medical, hospitalization, vision, and dental benefits through the employer sponsored minimum essential plan. Employees are also eligible to enroll in employer sponsored retirement plan after 6 months of service (21 years of age). Accrued paid time off (up to 80 hours per year based on tenure), and 1.5x pay for scheduled/worked covered holidays.
