Job summary

Five Points Nursing seeks a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to support residents with daily care and comfort. The role emphasizes reliable attendance, teamwork with the care staff, and compassionate service per facility policy.

You will assist with personal care, maintain patient areas, support mobility, record vitals and meal intake, and help with positioning and range-of-motion activities. A Texas CNA license is required.

Qualifications

• Ability to accurately record vitals, intake/output, and meal consumption.
• Provide compassionate daily resident care and safety.
• Strong communication and teamwork with care staff.
• Respect patient rights and maintain professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Provide Personal Care: grooming, bathing, dressing, and daily assistance.
• Maintain Resident Environment: change linens and stock supplies.
• Support Mobility: ambulate and transfer residents with proper body mechanics.
• Record Vital Information: document vitals, weights, intake/output.
• Assist with Positioning: turn and reposition residents for comfort and safety.
• Encourage Engagement: lead ROM exercises and provide reality orientation as directed.

We’re seeking a reliable and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team! This role requires strong attendance, multitasking skills, and a professional, cooperative demeanor. You’ll play a key role in supporting our residents with daily care while working closely with the care team to provide high-quality service.

Your Impact as a Certified Nursing Assistant

In this role, you will:

• Provide Personal Care: Assist with grooming, bathing, catheter care, pericare, and dressing, following care policy guidelines




• Maintain Resident Environment: Change linens and ensure grooming supplies are stocked




• Support Mobility: Safely ambulate and transfer residents using assistive devices and proper body mechanics

• Assist with Positioning: Turn and reposition residents routinely for comfort and safety




• Encourage Engagement: Lead range of motion exercises and provide reality orientation as directed
