Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Providing hands-on personal care including baths, oral hygiene, shampoos, changing bed linen, dressing assistance, skin care, toileting, and maintaining a clean living area.
• Taking and recording temperatures, pulse, respiration, and blood pressure when ordered.
• Performing simple procedures as ordered by supervising clinician.
• Assisting patients in self-administration of medications.
• Reporting patient conditions and significant changes to the assigned nurse or case manager.
