Priority Management Group, LLC is seeking a Certified Nurse Aide for a full-time role with 6a-6p and 6p-6a shifts. You will assist residents with activities of daily living, promote independence and dignity, follow the charge nurse’s schedule, and ensure resident safety through attentive care and reliable communication.

Qualifications

• Must have current Nurse Aide certification and be in good standing with the State of Texas Nurse Aide Registry.
• Ability to understand, remember and carry out verbal and written instructions in English.
• Ability to speak clearly and hear well enough to communicate with residents.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living to promote independence and dignity.
• Provide hygiene tasks: bathe/shower/shave, hair, nails, dressing.
• Follow resident assignment schedule and assist with mobility as needed.
• Answer call lights promptly and communicate with residents.
• Support feeding and maintain clean, dry and comfortable environment.
• Ensure safe, protective environment and report changes to the nurse.
