Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking an experienced Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) for a full-time, per-visit opportunity to care for adult and senior clients in Colorado. The CNA will travel between multiple client homes daily and join a multi-disciplinary team delivering home health, skilled nursing, and rehabilitative care to help clients remain at home.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living.
• Perform light housekeeping and grooming tasks.
• Assist with bathing and toileting.
• Provide nail care and ROM exercises.
• Assist with transfers using mechanical devices.
• Support with oral feeding and vital sign checks.

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking an experienced Certified Nurse Aide, CNA for a full time opportunity to work with adult and senior clients on a per visit basis.

Candidate will need to travel between multiple client homes per day, so access to reliable transportation is required.

As a CNA, you will be an integral member of a multi-disciplinary health care team that provides home health, skilled nursing and rehabilitative care to clients, affording them the opportunity to receive the medical care required to remain at home.

A Certified Nurse Aide must:

• Have at least one year of work experience
• Must be listed on the Colorado Nurse Aide Registry, active and in good standing.
• Demonstrate an ability to read, write, and effectively communicate in English
• Pass the BAYADA Competency Evaluation Examination
• Have a criminal background check completed
• Meet all state requirements

Job Responsibilities for a CNA:

• Activities of daily living
• Light housekeeping
• Bathing
• Grooming
• Toileting
• Nail care
• Range of motion / exercises
• Transfers / use of mechanical lifting devices
• Oral feeding
• Vital sign checks: temperature, pulse, respiration
• Home Management Tasks: laundry, meal preparation, bed making etc.
• Assisting with ambulation
• Medication assistance

Additional Information:

• Base Pay: $25-30 per visit, based on qualifications
• Mileage reimbursement
