Lifespace Communities is hiring a Certified Nursing Aide in Delray Beach, FL. Join our clinical team and provide direct resident care across multiple shifts. We offer pay ranges, benefits, and opportunities for growth.

Position may be part-time, full-time or PRN with day, evening, and night options. A background screening is required by Florida law as part of the hiring process.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Minimum one year working with the geriatric population.
• Certified nursing aide licensure required by state regulations.

• Initiate resident needs, assess and report changes to the nurse.

PRN, part-time, and full-time opportunities are available for the following shifts:

• 7 a.m.–3 p.m.
• 3 p.m.–11 p.m.
• 11 p.m.–7 a.m.

Responsibilities

Follow all care plan directives, administer direct patient care and assist residents to perform daily living activities such as feed, bathe, dress, groom, transfer and move residents, and transport residents to dining rooms and various events and activities. Initiate resident needs, assessment, and safety by observing and reporting any changes or unusual findings to the nurse. Coordinate with nursing team members to record accurate vital signs as well as maintain records of ADLs. Administer standard precautions and infection control standards by providing a clean and safe environment. Promptly answer call lights and on a regular basis conduct assesses resident’s needs and verify needs of the resident are met.
