Job summary

Freedom Hospice in the Dallas–Fort Worth area is seeking a Certified Nursing Aide to join our compassionate clinical team in North Richland Hills, TX. You will provide direct patient care under supervision, assist with activities of daily living, and help ensure comfortable, respectful care.

Candidates must hold a current CNA license, have a valid driver’s license with proof of auto insurance, and be able to work as part of a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid CNA license and current certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Hospice: 1 year of experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance.
• English language verbal/written communication required.

Job Qualifications

• Current professional license
• Valid Driver's license and proof of auto insurance
• Must have reliable transportation
• Ability to express spoken and/or written ideas in English. Bilingual is a Plus********
• Demonstrate effective oral and written communication skills
• Must be able to work as a team member
• Must be able to communicate effectively with assigned patients
• Ensure confidentiality and security of the patient and medical information

Must pass criminal background check, Employee Misconduct Registry and OIG Medicaid Exclusion list.

Drug screen will be administered prior to employment.
