Qualifications

• Valid PA CNA certification
• Experience with elderly residents preferred

Responsibilities

• Observe residents to monitor health and wellbeing.
• Report health issues to supervising nurse promptly.
• Assist with residents’ personal hygiene, including bed baths and grooming.
• Assist with meals and document resident intake.
• Make beds and maintain clean resident spaces.
• Transport residents within the facility as needed.
• Turn bedridden residents to prevent pressure ulcers.
• Provide a caring, compassionate atmosphere for residents and families.
• Assist with clinical tasks as directed by nursing staff.

Job Duties

• Resident observation.

• Reporting any health issues to the supervising nurse.

• Maintaining resident’s personal hygiene, including but not limited to bed bath, shaving, ect.

• Feeding of residents and documenting intake.

• Making resident beds and ensuring resident space is clean and tidy.

• Transporting residents within the facility.

• Turning bedridden residents.

• Provide a caring and compassionate atmosphere for residents and family members.

• Assist with providing clinical care as directed.

Qualifications
