Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC is seeking a Certified Nurse Aide to support residents in a long-term care community. You will assist with activities of daily living and monitor health to help maintain residents’ comfort and safety.

You will collaborate with LVNs, nurses, and caregivers to contribute to individualized care plans and provide emotional support to residents and families.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living activities: bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, toileting, meals.
