Job summary

Cayuga Health System is hiring a Certified Nurse Aide for the Taylor Skilled Nursing unit. You will perform routine nursing and restorative tasks, support the care plan, and ensure resident comfort under supervision. The role requires certification and physical endurance.

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications: Previous experience or job knowledge is required.
• Preferred Qualifications: High school graduate preferred.

• CPR/BLS: Heartsaver CPR and Basic Life Support within defined timeframes.
• Physical Requirements: Good physical health; standing and lifting involved.

The primary purpose of your job position is to render routine daily nursing and restorative care and services in accordance with the resident's assessment and care plan and under the direction of a professional nurse. As a Certified Nursing Assistant necessary for carrying out your assigned duties.
