Interim HealthCare is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants to provide home care services to retired seniors in Hampstead, NC. We have private duty, part time, and PRN positions. New CNA graduates welcome to apply!

Responsibilities include assisting residents with ADLs, meal prep and dining assistance, observing changes in condition, responding to emergencies, and maintaining professional communication with residents and families. Flexible schedules and competitive pay are offered.

Qualifications

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transfer, mobility and incontinence care.
• Prepare residents for meals, snacks and activities; assist in dining and serving meals.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with ADLs and mobility.
• Observe and report changes in residents’ condition to care team.
• Respond to emergency call system and ensure resident safety.
• Communicate with residents and family in a courteous, professional manner.

Shift Schedule

• Monday through Friday
• 7:00pm-3:00pm
• 3:00pm-11:00pm
• 11:00pm-7:00am
• Saturday and Sunday
• 7:00am-3:00pm

Job Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transfer, mobility and incontinence care
• Prepare residents for meals, snacks and activities
• Assist residents in dining room including serving meals and clearing tables
• Respond to resident emergency call system
• Observe, document, and report any changes in residents’ condition to Resident Care Director or their designee
• Communicate with residents and family members in a polite, professional manner

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Active CNA license in good standing with the state board of nursing.
• Must pass a drug screening and background check.
