Job summary

Scott Health and Rehabilitation is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide compassionate, patient-centered care to residents in a supportive, mission-driven nonprofit environment.

You will assist with daily living activities, monitor residents, and collaborate with nurses and the care team to maintain a safe, respectful atmosphere. Georgia CNA certification or eligibility is required.

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification (State of Georgia or eligible).
• Heart for service and a passion for caring for others.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Reliability and commitment to excellence.
• Prior long-term care experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care.
• Support mobility, transfers, and positioning.
• Monitor and report changes in residents' condition.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
• Partner with nurses and interdisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional care.
• Foster a positive, respectful atmosphere for residents, families, and team members.
