Altea Healthcare in Tallmadge, Ohio is seeking a Certified Nurse Practitioner to join our post-acute care team. This part-time role focuses on diagnostic and clinical leadership in skilled nursing facilities, with travel between two Tallmadge-area sites.

You’ll provide exams, treatment plans, and patient education, collaborating with physicians and staff. We offer highly competitive daily pay ($440-$540) with uncapped bonuses and a supportive training environment for both experienced providers

Formación

• NP License (or eligibility to obtain).
• Current DEA registration or willingness to obtain prior to start date.
• All Experience Levels Welcome – Training & Mentorship Available!
• Passion for geriatrics, internal medicine, or primary care.
• Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
• Self-motivated with a patient-first approach.

Responsabilidades

• Perform physical exams and review medical histories.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests (labs, imaging).
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions.
• Prescribe medications and create treatment plans.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses and facility staff.
• Educate patients and families on health conditions and preventive care.
• Document patient care accurately and efficiently.
