Resource Options (ROI) seeks a NYSDOL Certified Mold Assessor to join our NYC-area team. The role involves inspecting properties for mold and moisture issues, sampling as needed, and documenting findings in detailed reports.

Travel throughout the five boroughs and the Tri-state area is required, with some surveys outside regular hours. The position requires a current NYSDOL Mold Assessor License and a minimum of one year of survey experience in NYS/NYC, plus excellent written and verbal

Qualifications

• Current and valid NYSDOL Mold Assessor License.
• Minimum of one year of experience performing surveys in NYS and NYC.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and evaluate properties for mold and moisture-related issues
