Certified Mobile Notary Service (https://certifiedmobilenotaryservice.com) is seeking a Mobile Notary Signing Agent to work in the U.S. only.

Job Types: Full-time; Remote; Must be a U.S. citizen.

Daily Tasks

• Oversee and execute digital signing for borrowers.
• Host and engage in digital closings via video call, walk through documents, answer questions, and facilitate remote online notarizations.
• Provide a positive service experience as borrowers execute documents for significant purchases.
• Set up technology and documents for closing.
• Ensure quality assurance during the closing process.
• Facilitate post-close flows for loan servicing.
• Collaborate with the origination team for loan closings.
• Gather feedback to improve services and systems.
• Share best practices and learnings within the team.

Qualifications and Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree or relevant experience preferred.
