Westminster at Lake Ridge is seeking a PRN (as needed) CNA with Certified Medication Aide credentials to support residents in a Memory Support Unit. Shifts include 7am–3pm, 3pm–11pm, and 11pm–7am, with a wage rate of $18.36–$22.95 per hour commensurate with experience.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of experience in Memory Care Units.
• Must have CNA and Certified Medication Aide licenses.
• CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide general medical and restorative care for residents daily.
• Administer medications in the Assisted Living Unit.
• Monitor vital signs and respond to resident calls promptly.
• Document care provided and assist with daily living activities.
