Job summary

Vitality Living Preston Hollow Community in Dallas, TX is seeking a Certified Medication Technician to support resident care during overnight shifts. You will administer medications, maintain accurate records, and observe residents' health and emotional well‑being under supervision.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Administer or assist with medication as prescribed and manage self-administration.
• Maintain residents' daily medication records and inventory.
• Observe and document residents' health and mood changes and report to supervisor.
• Keep the medicine supply room clean and organized.
• Perform medication cart audits and provide direct resident care.
• Support the clinical team and contribute to overall resident well-being.

Responsibilities

• Administer or assist with self-administration of medication and treatments as prescribed by the health care provider.
• Maintain residents' records daily promptly and following company policy and procedure.
• Observe and document the health and emotional condition of each resident, promptly reporting all changes to the supervisor.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the medicine supply room.
• Complete an accurate accounting of all medications, including controlled substances.
• Assist with the completion of medication cart audits.
• Provide direct resident care.
