Qualifications
- Must have valid Missouri Certified Medication Technician certification.
- Minimum 1+ years of relevant experience.
Responsibilities
- Administer medication utilizing acceptable standards of practice.
- Document accuracy for medication delivery and evidence of follow-up observations for effect.
- Serve as liaison between charge personnel and Certified Nursing Assistants.
- Assist in the orientation of new team members.
- Provide Veteran care as needed according to standards of practice.
- Comply with Veteran’s individualized care plan and support the Veterans.
- Document information in the Veteran’s EMR accurately and timely.
