Job summary

Arbor Terrace Waugh Chapel in Gambrills, MD is hiring Certified Medication Technicians (CMTs) to join our care team and help residents feel safe and cared for each day.

As a CMT, you will assist with medications and health monitoring, support care team members, and build meaningful relationships with residents and families in a warm, welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current Certified Medication Technician (CMT) certification.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Compassionate, resident-centered approach to care.
• Desire to work collaboratively with a supportive senior living team.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with medications, treatments and health monitoring.
• Respond compassionately to resident needs and changes in condition.
• Communicate important resident updates to nurses and other members of the care team.
• Help ensure medications are administered safely and accurately.
• Support and guide care team members during your shift.
• Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families.
