Job summary

The Solana Doylestown, part of Arbor Company, seeks a Certified Medication Technician to provide compassionate care in a luxury Assisted Living & Memory Care community. This part-time role offers a starting hourly rate of $22.50 with experience-based pay.

Shifts are 7am–3pm, Every Other Weekend, and a comprehensive benefits package includes PTO, health/dental/vision insurance, 401(k) with employer match, and tuition assistance, with opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Active Certified Medication Technician (CMT) certification required.
• Caregiving or senior living experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
• Compassionate, dependable, and team‑oriented.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications accurately and safely according to physician orders.
• Monitor resident health and report changes in condition.
• Provide compassionate support with activities of daily living.
• Communicate effectively with nurses, leadership, and care team members.
• Help ensure a safe, comfortable, and engaging environment for residents.
• Support and guide caregiving team members during your shift.
