Job summary

Respiratory and Rehab of RI is seeking a Certified Medication Technician (CMT) to support residents in daily activities and caregiver tasks in Pawtucket, RI. You will assist with medications, grooming, meal support and mobility, helping maintain a comfortable, safe environment.

The role requires CNA and CMT licenses, BLS/CPR, and prior experience with seniors and dementia care. Full-time, with a sign-on bonus and growth opportunities within a compassionate team.

Qualifications

• CNA and CMT/Active License required.
• BLS/CPR Certification required.
• TB and MMR tests/records.
• Experience with seniors and dementia care preferred.
• Must be 18+ years old and have Med Passer experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living tasks and mobility needs.
• Perform medication management and administration.
• Assist with grooming, incontinence care, bathing and dressing.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding and hydration.
• Help with laundry, light housekeeping and cleanliness.
• Follow safety policies to maintain a safe living environment.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a team-oriented individual with a positive attitude to assist our residents with difficulties completing basic tasks throughout the day and night. As a CMT, your responsibilities will include medication management, grooming, incontinence care, food preparation, feeding, bathing, laundry, and light housekeeping. You will also be responsible for following safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe and comfortable home environment for our residents.

Requirements:

• CNA and CMT/Active License
• BLS/CPR Certificate
• TB
• MMR
• Previous experience working with seniors and a desire to serve and care for seniors
• Experience with Alzheimer's or dementia care
• High school diploma or equivalency required
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Previous Med Passer experience required
