The Village at Rockville, part of National Lutheran Communities & Services, is hiring a Certified Medication Technician (CMT) for PRN shifts. You will administer medications, assist with daily care, and support residents' health and well-being on 12-hour day and night shifts in Rockville, MD.

Qualifications

• Certified Medication Technician certification in good standing.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One year hands-on experience as a CMT.
• Expertise in safe, accurate medication administration.

• Tech-savvy with electronic health records.

Responsibilities

• Administer prescribed medications safely and accurately
• Document all medication administration and report any changes in resident condition
• Work under the supervision of a registered nurse (RN) or delegating nurse.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) as needed
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
• Complete and renew required Maryland Board of Nursing certification
• Follow all state regulations and facility policies regarding medication administration
• Report and document any incidents or medication errors promptly
