Job summary

The Fountains of Cartersville is seeking Certified Medication Technicians for medication administration-related roles in a cutting-edge Assisted Living and Memory Care community. This full-time role covers 2nd (3p-11p) and 3rd shift (11p-7a) with every-other weekend and holiday rotations.

Must have a Medication Technician certification and be able to work in a team-focused environment with residents, families and staff. Tapcheck payroll options may be available to eligible staff.

Qualifications

• Medication administration experience or certification required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• State approved Medication Aide course completed; CNA/Personal Care Assistant certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality medication administration and resident care oversight.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation and confidentiality.
• Demonstrate positive relationships with residents, families and staff.
• Promote residents' rights and dignity; respond calmly under pressure.
• Attend in-service and continue education as required by state regulations.
