What You’ll Do

• Maintain medication storage areas in a safe, clean, and organized manner.
• Administer oral, topical, and other medications as prescribed by healthcare providers, following agency and state guidelines.
• Accurately document medication administration in client records.
• Observe and report any side effects, changes in condition, or concerns to the supervising nurse promptly.
• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) as needed (e.g., hygiene, grooming, mobility support).

What You’ll Bring

• High school diploma/GED and active CMT license (state‑specific)
• Current First Aid & CPR certification
• Medical/physical clearance stating you are fit to work, TB test
• Basic computer/app skills for charting and communication
