Juniper is seeking a dedicated Resident Assistant to support residents’ functional independence and psycho-social wellness, and to assist the Wellness Director and Wellness Nurse with medications.

This on-site role in our senior living community offers day and evening shifts, full-time or part-time options, and weekend availability; training and mentorship come from home office leadership to help you grow.

Qualifications

• High school or equivalent (Required)
• Medication Tech Certification (Required)

Responsibilities

• Assist with medication administration and assistance in accordance with regulations and protocol.
• Perform vital signs and monitoring as ordered and instructed.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming.
• Document medication administration and treatments within MAR.
• Report all adverse reactions, medication errors and resident refusal of medications to Wellness Director.
