Job Details

This role involves verifying resident identification, recognizing and responding to resident needs, documenting changes in resident conditions, reporting meal intake, documenting accidents and incidents, assisting with resident move-ins, transfers, and move-outs, and ensuring all tasks comply with community policies and procedures.

Essential Responsibilities
  • Verify resident identification to ensure appropriate care.
  • Recognize and respond to resident needs.
  • Document changes in residents' conditions promptly.
  • Report resident meal intake.
  • Document accidents and incidents.
  • Assist with resident move-ins, transfers, and move-outs.
  • Handle all tasks according to policies and procedures as instructed by leadership.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Problem-solving skills and timely resolution.
  • Ability to manage difficult or emotional residents, families, and team members.
  • Conflict resolution skills.
  • Clear and persuasive communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, and basic Windows environment.
Education and Experience
  • High School Diploma/GED.
  • At least 2 years of leadership experience.
  • Minimum six months experience in healthcare facilities such as assisted living, nursing homes, memory care, hospitals, or home health.
  • Certified Medication Technician credential.
