Position Summary:
Under the direction and supervision of a Registered Nurse, the Certified Medication Technician is responsible for preparing and administering proper medications. The CMT is responsible for performing direct resident care such as ADL, ambulation, transfers, feeding, and activities. Responsible for managing all assigned supplies and equipment on the unit and promoting teamwork with all members of the healthcare team. Performs duties in a manner consistent with St. Luke’s mission and values.
Education, Experience, & Licensing Requirements:
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
Licensure: Current licensure as a Certified Nurse Assistant (C.N.A) in the state of Missouri, Certified Medication Technician (CMT) in the state of Missouri.
