Job summary

Reliant Care Management Compan seeks a dedicated CMT to deliver compassionate care to residents, including medication distribution, assisting with dining needs, and timely response to call lights.

You will document resident cares and MARs while engaging with residents to promote wellbeing and comfort in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed/certified as CMT.
• Demonstrated empathy and patient approach.
• Strong work ethic, integrity, and competence.

Responsibilities
