Legend Senior Living® is seeking a Certified Medication Aide (CMA) to join our nursing team in Oklahoma City. You will coordinate medication administration and assist residents with activities of daily living in a compassionate, resident-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Certification to pass medications (CMA) as required by state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Administering medication for all assigned residents.
• Assisting with daily resident care including personal care, grooming, hygiene, meals.
• Monitor residents' physical and emotional comfort and respond as needed.
• Documenting completed tasks such as shift reports and resident records.
• Communicating urgent needs and concerns to the Health Care Director.
• Demonstrating ability to manage tasks within the scheduled shift.

JOB HIGHLIGHTS

We are looking for outstanding individuals to join the nursing team as a Certified Medication Aide (C.M.A.). You will make a difference in the lives of residents by coordinating their medication administration and assisting them with activities of daily living.

Responsibilities

• Administering medication for all assigned residents
• Assisting with the daily care of the residents, including: Personal care, grooming, hygiene, housekeeping, laundering, social interactions, and meals.
• Monitoring the resident’s physical and emotional comfort and responding as needed
• Documenting completed tasks such as: Daily shift report, resident records and negotiated service agreement
• Confidentially communicating clearly to other staff, such as: Urgent needs for the next shift and all concerns to the Health Care Director
• Demonstrating the ability to manage assigned tasks within the scheduled shift
