Job summary

The Delaney at Georgetown Village in Georgetown, TX, is part of LCS (Life Care Services). We are seeking experienced Certified Medication Aides to join our compassionate team and help our senior residents live with dignity and joy.

As a CMA, you will administer medications per care plans, assist with personal care, respond swiftly to call lights, and participate in Heartfelt Connections activities. Weekend doubles and part-time schedules are available; the role offers competitive pay of $18.00

Qualifications

• Medication Assistance Certification or CMA certification required.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow, training provided.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with medication administration per care plans/ISP and physician orders.
• Assist with personal care tasks (bathing, dressing, grooming, etc.) and vital signs as directed.
• Respond to call lights and emergencies promptly and participate in Heartfelt Connections programs.

Highlights of the Caregiver Position:

• Assist residents as assigned with a high quality of medication administration assistance per individual Care Plan/ISP as directed by physician orders.
• Assist with personal care, bathing, dressing, grooming, shaving, incontinent care, foot care, vital signs, height and weight checks.
• Utilize on an on-going basis each day all aspects of special programs offered in Heartfelt Connections Program.
• Respond to all call lights and emergencies in a timely manner.
