Legend Senior Living® is seeking a Certified Medication Aide (CMA) to join the nursing team. You will coordinate medication administration and assist residents with activities of daily living, contributing to a compassionate, patient-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Certified Medication Aide (CMA) certification required by state regulations.
• Ability to administer medications and monitor residents.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Administering medication for all assigned residents.
• Assisting with the daily care of the residents, including personal care, grooming, hygiene, housekeeping, laundering, social interactions, and meals.
• Monitoring the resident’s physical and emotional comfort and responding as needed.
• Documenting completed tasks such as: Daily shift report, resident records and negotiated service agreement.
• Confidentially communicating clearly to other staff, such as urgent needs for the next shift and all concerns to the Health Care Director.
• Demonstrating the ability to manage assigned tasks within the scheduled shift.

JOB HIGHLIGHTS

We are looking for outstanding individuals to join the nursing team as a Certified Medication Aide (C.M.A.). You will make a difference in the lives of residents by coordinating their medication administration and assisting them with activities of daily living.

Bonus opportunities

• Perfect attendance bonus—$75 for full-time (up to a $1,950 annual benefit) and $35 for part-time (up to a $910 annual benefit)
