Job summary

Senior Lifestyle's Addington Place of Johns Creek is seeking a Certified Medication Aide to provide safe medication administration and personal care to residents in a warm, caring environment.

You will support ADLs, monitor vital signs, and help maintain MARs, TARs, and medication storage in accordance with policies. A High School Diploma, state certification, and English proficiency are required, with Senior Living experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• 1+ month of experience; Senior Living preferred.
• Current Medication Technician certification depending on state regulations.
• Acceptable proficiency in English to perform job duties.
• Basic computer proficiency to include Word, Excel, Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Safely administer prescribed medications and treatments per MAR/TAR.
• Provide personal care and nursing tasks including ADLs and vital signs.
• Maintain accurate medication records and MARs; notify supervisor of discrepancies.
• Ensure proper storage and disposal of medications and supplies.
• Attend staff trainings and complete required documentation.
