Responsibilities

• Set up and administer medications under supervision of a Charge Nurse.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living and meals.
• Read and follow care plans; document care provided.
• Assist in admissions, transfers and discharges.
• Promote safety, infection control and residents' rights.
• Attend trainings and participate in team meetings.
