Job summary

Northridge Health and Rehabilitation in Georgia is hiring a Certified Nursing Aide/Certified Medication Aide to support daily resident care. You will administer physician-ordered medications, document interventions, and follow clinical guidelines with compassion.

This full-time role offers starting pay from $18.60 to $21.25 per hour, with shift differentials for evenings, nights and weekends, weekly pay, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life and disability

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Certified Nursing Aide (CNA) and CMA credentials in Georgia.
• Ability to administer medications and document per guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Administer physician-ordered medications (oral, topical, ophthalmic, etc.).
• Administer insulin, epinephrine, and B12 as directed.
• Document medication administration and any refusals.
• Perform finger-stick glucose testing per guidelines.
• Provide routine patient care and assist with dressing changes as needed.
• Report changes to licensed nurse and maintain accurate records.
