Job summary

Trilogy Health Services, LLC is seeking a Qualified Medication Aide (QMA/CMA) to assist with administering medications and supporting residents with daily living activities at Waunakee Valley Senior Living in Wisconsin.

The role requires state certification as QMA/CMA (and CNA in good standing). 0-1 years of relevant experience is preferred, with supervision by licensed nursing staff. Competitive benefits and weekly pay offered.

Qualifications

• Certified as QMA/CMA by the state and CNA certification in good standing.
• 0-1 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Ability to administer medications under supervision and follow the five rights of medication administration.

Responsibilities

• Set up, administer, and record prescribed medications under supervision of licensed nurse and per state rules.
• Practice the five rights of medication administration.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living as needed.
• Label, store, receive, and destroy medication per company policy.
