Trilogy in Corydon, IN seeks a Qualified Medication Aide (QMA/CMA) to assist with administering prescribed medications and help residents with daily living activities under the supervision of a licensed nurse. This role supports a caring, resident-centered environment within a long-term care setting.

Formación

• QMA or CMA certification required by state.
• CNA certification in good standing with the state.
• 0-1 years of relevant experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Set up, administer, and record prescribed medications under licensed nurse supervision.
• Follow the five rights of medication administration.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living as needed.
• Label, store, receive, and destroy medication per policy.
• Perform medication charting as directed by Nursing leadership.
