Qualifications

• Ability to collect data such as vital signs and specimens.
• Ability to follow physician/nurse instructions accurately.

Responsibilities

• Collects, reports and documents data: vital signs, height and weight, intake and output, pulse oximetry, and collects specimens.
• Performs Point of Care Testing and supports with patient activities as per plan of care.
• Distributes and documents patients' medications in accordance with facility policy and regulations.
• Maintains privacy and confidentiality of patient information at all times.
• Assists with feeding, mobility, grooming, and basic wound care as required.
