Rossville Healthcare & Rehab Center is seeking a Certified Medication Aide (CMA) to provide routine nursing care and accurate medication administration under the supervision of our nursing leadership. You will follow facility policies, document care, and contribute to the well-being and dignity of residents.

Qualifications

• CMA certification is required.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
• Compassion, patience, and a friendly approach to residents.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications accurately to residents on your unit.
• Prepare residents for therapy, visits, activities, and appointments.
• Ensure medications are given to the right resident, at the right time, and in the correct dosage and route.
• Assist residents with hygiene and daily activities as needed.
• Follow infection control policies and isolation procedures when required.
• Maintain thorough documentation of all CMA activities per shift.
• Present a professional image and communicate effectively with residents and families.
• Uphold residents' rights and address concerns promptly.
