Qualifications

• Holder of a current Texas Medication Aide certification.
• Experience and competence in medication administration procedures.

Responsibilities

• Administer prescribed PO, topical, and rectal medications per orders and policy.
• Monitor for adverse reactions and changes in resident status; report promptly.
• Document all medication administration in compliance with policies.
